Polish Oil and Gas Company (PGNiG) is a leader in the natural gas market in Poland. The core activity of
the company covers exploration and production of natural gas and crude oil, as
well as import, storage, trade and distribution of gas and liquid fuels. Polish
Oil and Gas Company is one of the largest and oldest companies in Poland.
The PGNiG’s subsidiary Polish Oil and Gas Company -
Libya B.V., and its Libya Branch (POGC Libya Branch) has been established in
Libya recently, after signing an Exploration and Production Sharing Agreement
with NOC-Libya. The Agreement covers the contract Area 113 (Blocks 1 & 2)
in Murzuq basin.
Polish Oil & Gas Company Libya B.V. (POGC) is
announcing the issue of Tender No. T/12/09 and refer to the prior announced and
finished prequalification proceeding, POGC invites qualified and registered
contractors to submitting their offers.
The specifications, parameters and other necessary
details are contained in the tender documentation, which can be obtained from
the following address starting from 25th May 2010 until 1st June 2010
(excluding Friday and Saturday) between 09.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.
The set of tender documents shall be collected by authorized
contractor’s representative.
The bid must be submitted not later than Sunday 20th June 2010 at 05:00
p.m (Libyan time).
Bid’s opening date will be on Monday 21h June 2010 at 10:00 a.m (Libyan
time) at our offices in
Janzour.
Project Location:
Contract area 113 (Blocks 1 & 2) is located in Murzuq Basin, ~ 700
km southwest of Tripoli.
Important Notes:
Qualified contractors for the above indicated
tender should call for the collection of bid documents from our offices in
Janzour.
Each representative should prove his connection
with the contractor and present a letter of authority indicating his name,
surname, number of ID or any other document identifying his personality, (with
photocopy of document) and his rights to be responsible for the collection of
bid documents on behalf of the contractor.
Contractors must satisfy the requirements and
submit the required information.
POGC will not be responsible for any cost incurred
for preparation and submission presented in response of this announcement.
POGC will only deal with the actual companies
performing the work and not through agents.
The language of all proceedings and documents
related to such proceedings will be English.
Contractors are requested to submit their technical
& commercial offers in two separate and sealed envelopes.
Collection of bid document is free of charge.
