The Nepal
Electricity Authority (NEA) Engineering Services, Project Development
Department, Durbar Marg, Kathmandu invites sealed Bids from authorized representatives
of reputable Manufactures for the supply and delivery of
"Hydro-Sedimentological, Meteorological and Environmental and Laboratory
Testing Equipment". The bidder(s) must be registered in the Value Added
Tax (VAT) office of GON.

A complete set of
Bid Document may be purchased during office hours on all working days by any
interested Bidder till 30th day
from the first date of publication of this notice in the news paper upon the
submission of the written application to the above address accompanied by a
bank voucher of Rs. 4000.00 (Rupees Four Thousands only), non-refundable,
deposited on deposit account 01-00-000-49251 (Project Development Department)
at Bank of Kathmandu Ltd. Kamal Pokhari in favor of Project Development
Department, NEA. Valid Firm Registration, VAT Registration certificate shall
also be submitted along with the application.
All Bids,
comprising technical and financial proposals accompanied by a bid bond of not
less than 2.5 (two and one half) per cent of total bid price including VAT must
be delivered in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders at or before 12:00
hours local time on the 30th day
from the first date of publication.
