Deadline for Bid Submission : 30th Aug 2012:

1. Government of India (GoI) has received loan from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of the Gujarat Solar Power Transmission Project, and it is intended that part of the proceeds of this loan will be used for payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to eligible bidders from eligible source countries of the ADB.

2. Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation Limited now has invited sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the Supply and Erection of 220KV D/C Charanka - Jangral line on turnkey basis – 95.480 KM (AP-13/0 to Jangral Gantry).

3. International Competitive Bidding (ICB) will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single – Stage: Two Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries.

4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information on the bid from GETCO and inspect the bidding documents from the office mentioned here under from 15.00 to 18.00 hrs.

5. Bid document Fee: Bidder has to give the nonrefundable fee of Rs. 15,000 or US$ 350, with the Technical Bid against bid fee (Tender Fee).

6. Bids must be delivered to the address as shown below on or before 14.00 hours on 30th Aug 2012. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 15.00 hours on 30th Aug 2012.
