DRILLING AND COMPLETION OPERATIONS
INTRODUCTION:
STAR
DEEP WATER PETROLEUM LIMITED (SDWPL) invites interested and qualified companies
in tendering for provision of Services listed under 'Scope of Work/Service
Requirements' which will be carried out in respect of Nigerian National
Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) 2014 – 2017 Oil and Gas Wells Drilling, Completions
and Workovers for Deepwater Operations in Nigeria. Availability to commence
provision of Services is required for an anticipated Commencement Date: Second (2nd)
Quarter 2014. With a Primary Term of two (2) Years with a possible Optional
Term of one (1) Year.

WELLBORE CLEANOUT EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES
Interested
Applicants must be able to provide the following as required for Deepwater
Wellbore Cleanout Equipment and Services.
Personnel
CONTRACTOR
shall provide qualified personnel for Wellbore Cleanout operations on a
call-out basis. CONTRACTOR's Wellbore Cleanout Specialist shall have a minimum
of 10 years experience in Wellbore Cleanout operations.
Equipment
CONTRACTOR
shall provide the following tools and equipment:
Casing
scrapers for 7”, 9-5/8”, 11-3/4” and 13-5/8” casing
Casing
brushes for 7”, 9-5/8”, 11-3/4” and 13-5/8” casing
Junk
baskets for use in 7”, 9-5/8”, 11-3/4” and 13-5/8” casing
Magnet
tools for use in 7”, 9-5/8”, 11-3/4” and 13-5/8” casing
Ball
activated Jetting tools in various sizes
Circulation
tools in various sizes
Riser
brush for 17” - 21” riser ID
BOP
jetting tools
All
tools must come with TT-585 connections.

tenderers who are registered with NJQS Product/Category 1.01.03 (Drilling Tools
and Retrievable) by 16:00 Hours, November 26, 2012 being the advert close date
shall be invited to submit technical bid.
