ONGC, Mumbai invitation for EOI for bareboat or bareboat cum demise charter for OSV’s

GM (MM),I/C-MM, Offshore Logistic, 7^th Floor, 11 High Office Complex, Bandra Sion Link Road, Mumbai – 400 017, Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited, has invited Expression of Interest for the following: 

ONGC owns multi support vessel Samudra Prabha which are so far manager through O & M contracts. ONGC is constructing 12 new OSV’s at Pipav Shipyard and these vessels are likely to be available for operation during Oct – Dec 2011. ONGC intends to a) Give above MSV’s on bareboat cum demise charter and charter them back for ONGC operations for specified period for MSV’s. Thereafter the Vessel ownership will also be transferred to the company to whom bareboat cum demise contract is awarded. b) Give these OSV’s on bareboat or bareboat cum demise charter and charter them back for ONGC operations for specified period for MSV’s. ONGC seeks Expression of Interest (EOI) from prospective Bidders to develop the concept and finalize tendering modalities.
