Orissa Integrated Power Limited (OIPL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Power Finance Corporation Limited (A Government of India Undertaking) invitation of  proposal for setting up of a 4000 MW power project on Build, Own and Operate (BOO) basis following two stage process of "Request for Qualification" (RfQ) and "Request for Proposal" (RfP).
