The Republic of Indonesia has received a loan
from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Java Bali Electricity
Distribution Performance Improvement Project, and it intends to apply part of
the proceeds of this loan to payments under the contract for Procurements of 20
kV cables. This contract will be jointly financed by the French Agency for
Development (AFD). The eligibility rules and procedures of the ADB will govern
the bidding process.
The executing Agency, Perusahaan Listrik Negara
(PLN), now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for supply of about:
One - Suply of AAAC conductors :
1,531 km of 150 mm2 cross- section, to be
delivered in West Java Region, East Java, and Bali
A3CS conductors :
A3CS conductors :
507 km of 240 mm2 cross-section half Insulated ,
to be delivered to Central Java Region
1,265 km of 150 mm2 cross-section half Insulated
, to be delivered to East Java Region, DKI Jakarta, and Bali
The above cables will be delivered on the
working sites, all over Java-Bali islands, within 9 months following the
signing of the Contract Agreement. The delivery schedule will be established on
a monthly basis in accordance with the regional PLN Distribution offices.
The bidding would be conducted under International
Bidding norms in accordance with PLN's Single-Stage: Two-Envelope Bidding
Procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries.
Bid Document Fee: Rp 2,000,000/-
Bid Document Availability: From : 09:00 - 12:00
