The Republic of Indonesia has received a loan
from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Java Bali Electricity
Distribution Performance Improvement Project, and it intends to apply part of
the proceeds of this loan to payments under the contract for Procurements of 20
kV cables. This contract will be jointly financed by the French Agency for
Development (AFD). The eligibility rules and procedures of the ADB will govern
the bidding process.
One - Supply of :
One-phase 20 KV / LV transformers :
3,408 numbers of 1 Phase 50 kVA transformers,
CSP type to be delivered in Central Java region
The Bidders are required to include in their Bid Proposals all of the above-described transformers (all items).

Otherwise specified, the above transformers will
be delivered on the working sites, all over Java-Bali islands, within the 12
months following the signing of the Contract Agreement. The delivery schedule
will be established on a monthly basis in accordance with the regional PLN
Distribution offices.
The bidding would be conducted under International
Bidding norms in accordance with PLN's Single-Stage: Two-Envelope Bidding
Procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries.
Bid Document Fee: Rp 2,000,000/-
