The Socialist Republic of Viet Nam (hereinafter
called "Borrower") has received a loan from the Asian Development
Bank (ADB) towards the cost of Mong Duong (1) Thermal Power Investment Program
-Loan 2. Part of the proceeds of this loan will be used for payments under the
contract named above. Bidding is open to bidders from eligible countries of the
ADB.
Viet Nam Electricity (EVN) (hereinafter referred
to as the "Employer") invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for
the Construction of Cooling Water Discharge Canal - Mong Duong 1 Thermal Power
Plant Project in Mong Duong Ward, Cam Pha Town, Quang Ninh Province under
International Competitive Bidding Process.
Bid Document Fee: Vietnam dong 5,000,000/- or US
$ 250/-
Sale of Bid Documents: From 17th October 2011
