assembly, pre-shipment testing at manufacturer’s works, proper packing for
transportation, custom/port clearance (wherever applicable), delivery at plant
site, receipt, unloading, storage, transit-cum-storage insurance, installation,
calibration, testing, commissioning including making of holes/sampling ports in
the chimney, interconnection with related plant and equipment, supply of
mandatory spares and putting the CEMS together with all accessories, auxiliaries
and associated equipment for fifteen (15) existing coal based Projects/Stations
of NTPC along with comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (CMC) of four (4)
years after expiry of warranty period of 2 years under International Competitive Bidding.
