1. Non-transferable Bid documents containing
complete description of the item required, as also other terms and conditions
may be had from the office of the Railway Board, Ministry of Railways, RS (WTA)
Branch, Room No. 156/22, Rail Bhawan, New Delhi-110001. The cost of Bid
document is to be deposited with the FA&CAO, Northern Railway, Baroda
House, New Delhi-110001. The bid documents will be issued on production of
original receipt thereof.
2. The bid documents and specifications are also
available on Indian Railways’ website. The website address is www.indianrailways.gov.in/railways/deptts/stores/stores-
tenders.htm . The bid documents can be down loaded from the above website
which shall be equally valid for participation in the tender. Nevertheless, the
bidder shall be required to pay the amount of bid documents specified above by
draft drawn in favour of FA&CAO, Northern Railway, Baroda House, New Delhi-
110001(India) along with the offer.
