TENDER SPECIFICATION NO.CE/KORADI/ASH UTILIZATION/T-01/2012-13

Tenders has been invited through electronic tendering system (E-tender) by the Chief Engineer (O&M), MPGCL, KTPS, Koradi, from reputed, experienced and registered bidders with the Qualifying Requirements as under for the following work at ½ Unit 6 and Unit 7, KORADI  TPS.

Name of the Work: Development of Fly Ash Collection and Disposal Plant for 50 % hoppers of Unit 6 (i.e. hoppers of C path & D path which are nearer to Unit 7) & all hoppers of Unit 7 at Koradi thermal Power Station long term (15 years) BOT basis or till the decommissioning of units whichever is earlier.

Earnest Money: Rs. 6,00,000/-  (By D.D. drawn from any Nationalised Bank payable at Koradi in favour of  ‘Maharashtra State Power Generation Company Limited, Koardi T.P.S., Koradi ’)

Registration: For participation in the tenders, online vendor registration with MSPGCL is mandatory.  On-line vendor registration is already opened in MPGCL, website namely www.mahagencociviltenders.com.

Tender document Fee: Rs 10,500/-

Bid Submission date: Tenders (Technical Bid & Commercial Bid) till 01/08/2012 upto 17:00 hours.

Bid Opening: On 02/08/2012 at 11:00 hours.

Tenders shall be submitted only online and not in person. Tenders sent by post/courier will not be accepted. The tenders will not be accepted after due date & time of submission. Further MSPGCL does not accept any responsibility for inability to use and/or for any delay in service provided by the site/Network Problems.
