FOR COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS FOR DEVELOPMENT OF MICRO/MINI HYDRO POWER PROJECTS IN THE STATE OF JAMMU & KASHMIR, INDIA
 
For and on behalf of the Governor of J&K State, sealed tenders affixed with Rs. 6.00 (Rupees six only) revenue stamp are invited from competent, experienced and capable party(s) having the necessary technical competence and financial strength for developing Micro / Mini Hydro projects up to capacity of 2 MW as Independent Power Producer (IPP) for a period of 40 years. The bidding is based on “Policy for Development of Micro / Mini Hydro Power Projects- 2011” notified vide Govt. Order No. 71-ST of 2011 dated 27.12.2011 and provisions of the Policy shall prevail and be final and binding.
