Shell Exploration and Production Libya GmbH (SEPLG),  Invites expressions of interest from experienced companies to provide IT services to SEPLG’s Tripoli offices and remote support to drilling locations.

Companies should only express if they are able to demonstrate the following service capability:

1. Provide day-to-day support to end-users in Tripoli offices plus drilling remote locations.

a. Three IT engineers working full time in Shell Tripoli office dedicated for supporting Shell end users on daily basis.

b. One IT engineer working full time in Shell Tripoli office dedicated for supporting three drilling remote locations on daily basis.

2. Interested vendors are required to submit the following information:

§ A statement affirming that vendor has the capacity and is willing to provide the service described in outline above.

§ Copies of CVs for potential IT Engineers to be proposed for the above services.

§ A copy of your company Certificate of Incorporation.

§ A copy of your company Tax Register Certificate.

§ A copy of your company organizational chart.

§ Include a list of clients and previous contracts.

§ Confirmation vendor employees maintain legal status in Libya.

§ Full company address including telephone numbers and email address for key contacts.

Conditions

The following conditions should be noted:

1. Company reserves the right to request further information from Contractors seeking registration for a request for proposal package.
2. Company reserves the right to exclude without notices Contractors supplying insufficient or inadequate information, or who miss the pre-qualification deadline below.
3. Contractors should note that an invitation to bid together with full bidding information will only be sent to those Contractors that have successfully completed the registration process and are deemed to fulfill the minimum technical, personnel, Health, Safety, Environment (HSSE), and commercial criteria for the services to be tendered.
4. This invitation to express interest is not an invitation to tender. Company is neither committed nor obligated to issue an Invitation to tender or to include any Contractor on any bid lists or award any form of Contract.
5. Company will not be responsible for whatsoever costs incurred for preparation and submission of the required documents in response to this notice
