The National Electric Company – NEK-EAD (the "Employer") intends using the proceeds of the grant funds provided by the "Kozloduy International Decommissioning Support Fund" (the "KIDSF"), administered by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the "Bank") and of its own financial sources towards the cost of the "Rehabilitation and Extension of the Power Transmission Network" Project.

The project, which has a total estimated cost of EUR 6,3 million, includes the implementation of the following three projects:

(i) Project „Rehabilitation of s/s "Plovdiv"400/220/110/20 kV"
The project includes design, engineering, construction, installation, pre-commissioning and commissioning of equipment at switchyard 220 kV. The extension shall be performed according to "1 and 1/2 circuit breaker" with one new column – feeders to s/st "Maritza East". The extension shall be executed in an operating substation.

(ii) Project „Rehabilitation and extension of s/st "Shabla" 110/20 kV"
The project includes supply of high voltage equipment 110 kV: circuit breakers, disconnectors, current and voltage transformers, surge arresters, autotransformer 50 MVA 110/20 kV; switchgear 20 kV and relay protection systems as well as design, engineering, construction, installation, pre-commissioning and commissioning.

(iii) Project „Procurement and implementation of new substation automation system(s)"
Supply and implementation of new substation automation system(s) at switchyard 220 kV.

Procurement will be carried out in accordance with EBRD Procurement Policies and Rules with the exception of country eligibility restrictions defined within the KIDSF rules and will be open to Tenderers from eligible countries as of 1 September 2011: the EU member states, Switzerland and the EBRD's countries of operation. All goods and services must also originate from an eligible country.

European Bank Tenders, Construction of High Pressure Gas Pipeline and Automatic Gas Regulation Station in Silistra, Bulgariaomatic

Bulgartransgaz EAD, hereinafter referred to as “the Employer”, intends using part of the proceeds of a grant from the Kozloduy International Decommissioning Support Fund (KIDSF), administered by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) under Grant Agreement No. 14В, for Construction of High Pressure Gas Pipeline and Automatic Gas Regulation Station in Silistra.

Bulgartransgaz EAD now invites sealed tenders from tenderers (Legal Entities or Joint Ventures/Consortiums/Associations-JVCA) for the following project to be funded partially from the proceeds of KIDSF and Bulgartransgaz EAD own financial sources:

Construction of “High pressure gas pipeline to, and automatic gas regulation station within Silistra” with length of 80 km, working pressure of 6.4 MPa and diameter of DN 300(14”), a branch from the existing Bulgarian gas pipeline transmission system, providing natural gas to customers of town Silistra and of the Silistra region.

Tender Documents are available in English language (Bulgarian translation is also available) and may be obtained from the address below, every working day from 09:30 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 16:30 local time, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 800 Bulgarian leva (BGN eight hundred), VAT inclusive or €400 (EURO four hundred) VAT inclusive to the Employer’s bank accounts:

All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security in an amount of €70’000 (EUR seventy thousand).

European Bank Tenders, Bulgartransgaz Kozloduy, ORYAHOVO GAS PIPELINES

Bulgartransgaz EAD (the “Employer”) intends to use the proceeds of the Grant funds provided by the Kozloduy International Decommissioning Support Fund (the “KIDSF”), administered by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the “Bank”) and its own resources to finance the cost and complete the Project for delivery and construction of high pressure gas pipelines to, and gas regulation stations in Kozloduy and Oryiahovo.

The Project will require the following goods, works or services:

A. Delivery of steel pipes and fittings for gas pipelines

Delivery of about 70 km of steel pipes for high pressure gas pipelines, 50 km. of which are DN 300, 15 km. are DN 150  and other pipes of smaller diameter as well as fittings and two gas pigging stations (launching trap and receiving trap) required for the construction of the gas pipelines.

B. Delivery of gas valves

Delivery of gas valves for high pressure gas pipelines (ANSI 600), mainly DN 300, DN 150 and others of smaller diameter.

C. Automatic Gas Regulation Stations (AGRS).

Delivery, Supervision and Commissioning of two complete sets of technological equipment for the Construction of two Automatic Gas Regulation Stations.

D. Construction of high pressure gas pipelines and gas regulation stations
Construction and Commissioning of about 70 km high pressure gas pipelines, optical fiber cable line within the gas pipelines easement and two AGRS.

The estimated total budget for the above contracts is € 12.5 million.

Procurement will be carried out in accordance with EBRD Procurement Policies and Rules with the exception of country eligibility restrictions defined within the KIDSF rules and will be open to Tenderers from eligible countries as of 1 September 2011: the EU member states, Switzerland and the EBRD’s countries of operation. All goods and services must also originate from an eligible country.

The proceeds of the Grant shall not be used for the purpose of any payment to persons or entities, or for any import of goods, if such payment or import is prohibited by a decision of the United Nations Security Council taken under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations or under a law or official regulation of the purchaser's country.
