This contract is for contracting turnkey contract K-72411
Heat Pumps. The contract consists of engineering design services, delivery,
assembly, testing and commissioning of new heat pumps for increased production
of heating and cooling to OSL’s district heating and remote cooling plant. The
heat pumps shall be installed in an expansion of the existing energy centre as
well as in a new centre for the extraction of heat from municipally treated
sewage water.
The provisional main capacities for the heat pumps are:
Expansion of the existing energy centre:
— Heat delivery: 5.5 MW,
— Cooling delivery: 4 MW.
New centre for waste water heat recovery:
— Heat delivery: 3 MW,
— Cooling delivery: 2,5 MW.
The contract includes internal automation and voltage supply.
The following provisional progress plan has been made for the contract:
— Sending out the tender documents November 2011,
— Deadline for receipt of tenders January 2012,
— Contracting March 2012,
— Start of assembly autumn 2012,
— Completion January 2013.
