Sonatrach International Production and Exploration: Invitation for pre – qualification for supply of wellheads

SIPEX (Sonatrach International Production and Exploration) Libyan Branch intends to pre-qualify Supplier/Manufacturer offering Well heads (as per API SPEC 6A).This pre-qualification process is in preparation for a request to provide competitive proposals for the provision of complete wellheads for planned (08) onshore wells in Ghadames basin in Libya. The expected delivery date is January 2011. Supplier must specify the following informations:

- Name & Place of supplier/manufacturer, registration details and address.

- Routine Controls & testing carried out during production, results of final tests.

- Details of Ownership/Corporate Organization.

- Submission of experience records in similar works.

- Product quality certificates (API SPEC 6 A)

- Supplier/Manufacturer must warranty the delivery of brand new Well heads.

                                      

The technical data and specifications for the prequalification of Wellheads are:

- Casing head housing 20 3/4 3M slip lock for 18 5/8 casing, with plate base.

·         Top connection flanged

·         Threaded outlet.

- Casing head housing 13 5/8 3M slip lock for 13 3/8 casing with plate base

·         Top connection flanged

·         Threaded outlet.

·         Casing hanger for 9 5/8 47# P110

- Casing head spool 13 5/8 3M bottom connection flanged with double seal and test port.11''5M Top   connection flanged.

· Threaded outlet connection.

· Casing hanger for 7'' 29# P110

- Tubing head 11 5M bottom connection flanged.7 1/16 5M top connection flanged

·         Studded outlet connection

·         Tubing hanger for single completion for 4 1/2 tubing Premium connection

- Tubing head adaptor 7 1/16 5M Flanged.4 1/16 5M Flanged and back pressure valve preparation

- Complete standard X-mass tree 5M with adjustable Choke valve and cap tree

IMPORTANT: For all equipments the requirements are:

·         API 6A. 

·         PSL 2.

·         Material class AA.

·         Performance requirement 2.

·         Temperature rating 30-60^oc

                                               

PREQUALIFICATION QUESTIONNAIRE

PART I – LEGAL AND COMMERCIAL

      those required herein, giving description of the client organization.

11.    Description of applied by the Applicant management and control procedures for

       Works similar to those required herein, Applicant’s HSE procedures, etc.

12.  Capability to supply complete equipment and services requested.

13. Previous or actual dispute

PART II – TECHNICAL

Applicant attaches hereunder full specifications of equipment proposed

for execution of works being the subject of this prequalification.

PART III – FINANCIAL

    Applicant’s financial statements for the last three years.

Conditions:

The following conditions should be noted:

-  SIPEX LB reserves the right to request further information from Supplier/Manufacturer.

-  This invitation to pre-qualify for the formal tender process is not an invitation to tender.

-   Notwithstanding the submission of the requested information to SIPEX LB is neither committed not obligated to issue any call for tender or to include any Supplier/Manufacturer on any bid lists or award any form of contract. Full tendering information or an invitation to tender will only be sent to that Supplier/Manufacturer that has successfully completed the pre-qualification.

-  SIPEX LB will not make any form of payment for submissions presented in response to this announcement, or for completion and submission of a pre-qualification package.
