Scope of Work/Description:

CONTRACTOR shall carry out building maintenance, building services maintenance, roads maintenance, infrastructure maintenance, industrial plant maintenance, minor new civil engineering construction and sand removal works for all facilities and pipelines within QP Gas Operations areas of responsibility. CONTRACTOR shall supply all labour, services, supervision, testing, tools and each and every item of expense necessary for the performance of the SERVICES for the Civil Maintenance, Minor Construction and Sand Removal Work within QP Gas Operations Areas for Three (3) Years on call off basis. CONTRACTOR shall carry out the SERVICES at all onshore SITES and at North Field Alpha Gas Production Station offshore, falling under the jurisdiction of QP Gas Operations.
