Sterlite Technologies Limited has floated an Invitation
of Expression of Interest under International Competitive Bidding (ICB) from
reputed International and Domestic Quality Surveillance Audit Contractors for
the following Transmission Lines and Substations:
Transmission Lines
1. 765 kV D/C, Dharamjaygarh -
Jabalpur~ 385 km Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh
2. 765 kV S/C, Jabalpur – Bina ( 242
km), Jabalpur- Bhopal ( 286 Km), Bhopal – Indore ( 181 Km), Aurangabad –Dhule
(232 Km), Dhule – Vadodara (276 Km)
3. 400 kV D/C, Bhopal –Bhopal ( 2
Km), Dhule – Dhule (20 Km), Bongaigaon – Siliguri ( 222 Km), Biharsharif –
Purlia ( 232 Km)
Substations
1. Bhopal Substation ( 2x1500 MVA,
765/ 400 kV)
2. Dhule Substation (2x1500 MVA, 765/
400 kV)
Scope of Work
Work shall include but not limited to
thorough check of systems and procedures, construction methodology, physical
verification of field quality based on radom sampling method and submission of
a complete quality audit report
The audit shall include a)
Manufacturing audit (Frequency: one time) of manufacturing facility of vendors,
assessment of their quality system and random sampling check and b)
Construction Audit (Frequency: Monthly) of various activities viz foundation,
tower fabrication and erection, stringing, raw material quality assessment and
system review viz field quality plan, joint measurement check reports and
quality inspection reports.
