Description Date Format: (mm/dd/yyyy)	:	Request of International offers from eligible bidders regarding package B < Power transformers> for Manshiyet Nasser /220/66/11KV GIS Substation Project under funding from the European Investment Bank. Job involves the supply of 3 X 125 MVA 220/66/11 KV and 3 X 40 MVA 66/11 KV Transformers. The scope of works includes, but not limited to: Engineering, design, fabrication, factory testing, site delivery, loading, unloading, putting on foundations of transformers with its accessories, supervision of erection, training, site testing and commissioning, warranty and insurance till provisional acceptance. Also included are designing, supply, construct on truck, factory testing, site delivery, commissioning, training, warranty and insurance till provisional acceptance of mobile power transformer onsite testing system. Responsive bidders will be selected on the basis of compliance with the schedule, terms and conditions as well as the technical specifications, acceptable past experience including past experience of subcontractors and financial capability. Financial evaluation will be based on the responsive bidder's financial bids taking into account the economic value of the losses of the transformers offered. The Bidder (including its subcontractor(s) should have a) experience in manufacturing transformers of equal or higher ratings (level of voltages and MVA) which have been put into commercial operation successfully for at least three years in three projects at three different locations one of them outside the country of manufacturing during the last ten years. b) ISO 9001 and the recent certificates. Tender documents will be released upon a written application and a payment receipt of $ 2000 from National Bank of Egypt Nasr City Branch deposited at EETC account No. 11001007177.
