NOTICE INVITING TENDER

PRE-QUALIFICATION FOR DESIGN, MANUFACTURE, INSTALLATION, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF PLATFORM GATES

CONTRACT BS08

Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Limited (DMRC) intends to shortlist Design and Manufacturing companies, through a pre-qualification process for the Design, manufacture, installation, testing and commissioning of half height Platform Gate for existing six stations of Line-02 of Delhi MRTS Project, Contract BS08.

This project will be financed through appropriate means of Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Ltd.

Indian and International Contractors, either by themselves or as a joint venture/ consortium, interested in appointment through International Competitive Bidding (ICB) as Designers and Manufacturers for Contract may complete the Qualification Enquiry Document in proforma format. Applicants are required to have financial standing, a good performance record, requisite experience and capacity in the fields described above.

The Pre-Qualification Document will be available on payment of a non-refundable fee as per key details as under:

 

Pre-Qualification Document on Sale	From 30/05/2012 to 14/06/2012 (between 10:00 Hrs to 17:00 Hrs) on working days
Cost of Pre-Qualification Document	Rs 21,000/- (inclusive of 5% VAT) (Demand Draft in favour of “Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Ltd”) payable at New Delhi.
Date & Time of Submission of Pre-Qualification Document along with soft copy.	24/07/2012 (up to 15:00 hrs)
Date & Time of opening of Pre-Qualification Document	24/07/2012 at 15:10 hrs

Last date for submission of document: on or before 15.00 hours on 24th July 2012.
