Invitation of Bids for “Compressed Air System Package” For Lalitpur Power Project 3 X 660 MW Units.

BIDCO, is implementing Balance of Plant (BOP) package for 1980 (3 X 660) MW Power Project at Lalitpur (Uttar Pradesh), being set-up by Lalitpur Power Generation Co. Ltd. (LPGCL) i.e. “the Owner”, and invites sealed bids for Compressed Air System Package.

The scope of work shall include but not be limited to Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, Inspection and Testing, Insurance, Transportation to site, Unloading and Handling at site, Storage, Erection, Supervision, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, Completion of Facilities, etc., conducting Performance Guarantee test and handing over of the Compressed Air System Package.

Interested bidders are advised to collect a copy of Tender documents from the corporate office, on all working days between 01.06.2012 to 11.06.2012, by remitting a non-refundable fee of Rs. 30,000/- only.

The mode of payment shall be by Demand Draft or Pay Order drawn in favor of “Bajaj Infrastructure Development Company Limited” payable at Noida / Delhi, India. Bidders are required to collect the Tender Documents themselves or through their duly authorized representative from the address mentioned below. The Bidders are also requested to bring / provide a letter stating that they meet the Pre-Qualifying Requirements (PQR).
