single point responsibility, completely covering the following activities and
services in respect of Steam Generator, Steam Turbine Generator and
Electrostatic Precipitator, all Balance of Plant (BOP) systems, all electrical
systems including Switchyard, complete Control & Instrumentation and
complete Civil and Structural works covered under the specifications.
