Additional information: Gaznat SA reserves the right to stop the present procedure at any time if the following conditions are not met: - credits granted by Gaznat Board - project approval decision granted by the Federal Office of Energy - absence of appeal regarding the project approval decision. Gaznat SA reserves the right to postpone the second round of the present procedure. Selected applicants will have 10 days to place their bids once the second round is launched.

Statement of rights of redress: The present publication may be appealed within 10 days from the announcement to the administrative and public law Court of the Vaud canton Court.
