ŠOŠTANJ THERMAL POWER PLANT - UNIT 6 - FOR THE SUPPLY AND ASSEMBLY OF THE EQUIPMENT FOR 400 kV AND 220 kV GIS SWITCHYARD AT ŠOŠTANJ THERMAL POWER PLANT

This Invitation for Tenders follows the General Procurement Notice for this project which was published on the EBRD website, Procurement Notices (www.ebrd.com) on 9.9.2010.

TERMOELEKTRARNA ŠOŠTANJ d.o.o., hereinafter referred to as “the Employer”, intends using part of the proceeds of a loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of UNIT 6 at THERMAL POWER PLANT ŠOŠTANJ.

The Employer now invites sealed tenders from contractors for the following contract to be funded from part of the proceeds of the loan:

Disassembly of existing 400kV and 220 kV electrical equipment, design, manufacture, supply, assembly, testing and commissioning of the equipment for 400 kV and 220 kV Switchyard at Šoštanj Thermal Power Plant and training of Employer’s staff.

Planned completion of the Works is December 2014.

Tender documents may be obtained from the address below upon payment of a non-refundable fee as follows:

for Slovenian applicants EUR 720,00 (VAT included)

for foreign applicants EUR 600,00 (VAT excluded)d completion of the Works is March 2015.

Tender documents can be collected latest until twenty (20) days prior to the deadline for the submission of tenders.

Tender offers must be delivered to the Termoelektrarna Šoštanj d.o.o. secretarial office (located on the third floor of the head office building) on or before 03.02.2012, at 10:00 hours, and they will be opened same day at 11:00 hours in the presence of those tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend and against their presentation of a written power of attorney for participation in the opening procedure.
