Power Company of Karnataka Limited, ROI for Gas Based Power Plant of Capacity 700 MW

Power Company of Karnataka Limited (Wholly owned company of Government of Karnataka), has invited Global Invitation for registration of Interest for setting up of Merchant Gas Based Power Plant at Tumkur in Karnataka under GIM -2012.

PCKL has invited registration of interest from various reputed and financially sound companies / consortium/ joint ventures companies for setting up Merchant Gas Based Power Plant of capacity 700 MW at Haldodderi Village, Bramhasandra Gram Panchayat in Sira Taluk of Tumkur District, Karnataka. GoK/ PCKL will facilitate necessary supprt. The estimated Project cost is around INR 2,800 Crore.

The Pre-feasibility report for the proposed Gas-Based Power Plant and the prescribed ROI formats can be downloaded from PCKL website www.pckl.co.in  from 25^th May 2012 onwards. Interested parties are requested to submit the ROI in prescribed format by 22^nd June 2012.
